1 適用範圍

本標準規定的鋼材可用於生產鋼號為S460、S500、S550、S620、S690、S890、S960的最小公稱厚度為3mm、最大公稱厚度≤150mm的熱軋板,和規定的鋼材經調質處理後的最小屈服強度為460MPa1)~960MPa1)

2.鋼種及品種

該標準規定了 7 個鋼種,它們在環境溫度條件下具有不同的屈服強度。需要時應註明下列品種的全部鋼種。

——溫度不低於-20℃時衝擊功規定的最小值(無標記)。

——溫度不低於-50℃時規定的衝擊功最小值以L表示。

——(S960除外)溫度不低於-60℃時規定的衝擊功最小值以L1表示。

3.姓名

– 標準號(EN 10025-6);

——鋼材的名稱及編號;鋼材名稱包括:

-符號S(結構鋼);

——厚度£50mm規定的最小屈服強度的描述,以MPa表示1);

- 交貨條件 Q;

——註明溫度不低於-40℃或-60℃時的最小衝擊功以L或L1開頭的品種。

例:當環境溫度為460MPa1)時,規定結構鋼的最小屈服強度,在調質交貨狀態(Q)和L級:

鋼材 EN 10025-6-S460QL;或鋼材 EN10025-6-1.8906。

4. 交貨條件

淬火+回火(Q)。

注:熱軋後直接淬火回火可視為等同於常規調質處理。

5、衝擊性能

–Q 為 -20°C; –QL 為-50°C; –QL1 處於 -60°C。
