1 Kapsam

Bu standartta belirtilen çelik, minimum anma kalınlığı 3 mm ve maksimum anma kalınlığı ≤150 mm olan S460, S500, S550, S620, S690, S890 ve S960 çelik kalitelerine sahip sıcak haddelenmiş levhaların üretiminde kullanılabilir. ve su verme ve temperleme sonrasında belirtilen çelik Minimum akma dayanımı 460MPa1) ila 960 MPa1) arasıdır

2. Çelik kaliteleri ve çeşitleri

Standart 7 çelik kalitesini belirtir ve ortam sıcaklığı koşullarında farklı akma dayanımlarına sahiptirler. Aşağıdaki çeşitlerden temin edilecek tüm çelik kaliteleri gerektiğinde belirtilecektir.

–Sıcaklık -20°C'den düşük olmadığında darbe enerjisi için belirtilen minimum değer (işaret yok).

–Sıcaklık -50°C'den düşük olmadığında darbe enerjisi için belirtilen minimum değer L ile gösterilir.

–(S960 hariç) Sıcaklık -60°C'den düşük olmadığında darbe enerjisi için belirtilen minimum değer L1 ile temsil edilir.

3. İsim

–Standart numarası (EN 10025-6);

– Çeliğin adı ve numarası; çeliğin adı şunları içerir:

-Sembol S (yapısal çelik);

-Kalınlık £ 50mm Belirtilen minimum akma dayanımının açıklaması, MPa1 olarak ifade edilir);

-Teslimat şartları Q;

-Sıcaklık -40°C veya -60°C'nin altında olmadığında minimum darbe enerjisinin baş harfleri L veya L1 olan çeşitleri belirtin.

Örnek: Ortam sıcaklığı 460MPa1 olduğunda), su verme ve temperleme teslim koşullarında (Q) ve L sınıfında yapısal çeliğin minimum akma dayanımı belirtilir:

Çelik EN 10025-6-S460QL; veya çelik EN10025-6-1.8906.

4. Teslimat şartları

Söndürme + temperleme (Q).

Not: Sıcak haddelemeden hemen sonra su verme ve ardından temperleme, geleneksel su verme ve temperlemeye eşdeğer kabul edilir.

5. Etki performansı

–Q -20°C'de; –QL -50°C'de; –QL1 -60°C'dedir.
