1 Escopo

O aço especificado nesta norma pode ser utilizado para a produção de chapas laminadas a quente nas classes de aço S460, S500, S550, S620, S690, S890 e S960 com espessura nominal mínima de 3mm e espessura nominal máxima ≤150mm, e o aço especificado após têmpera e revenido O limite de elasticidade mínimo é 460MPa1) a 960 MPa1)

2. Tipos e variedades de aço

A norma especifica 7 tipos de aço, e eles têm diferentes limites de elasticidade sob condições de temperatura ambiente. Todos os graus de aço a serem fornecidos das seguintes variedades devem ser especificados quando necessário.

–O valor mínimo especificado para energia de impacto quando a temperatura não é inferior a -20°C (sem marca).

–O valor mínimo especificado para energia de impacto quando a temperatura não é inferior a -50°C é indicado por L.

–(Exceto para S960) O valor mínimo especificado para energia de impacto quando a temperatura não é inferior a -60°C é representado por L1.

3. Nome

–O número padrão (EN 10025-6);

–O nome e número do aço; o nome do aço inclui:

-Símbolo S (aço estrutural);

-Espessura £ 50mm A descrição do limite de escoamento mínimo especificado, expresso em MPa1);

-Condições de entrega Q;

-Especifique as variedades com as iniciais L ou L1 da energia mínima de impacto quando a temperatura não for inferior a -40℃ ou -60℃.

Exemplo: Quando a temperatura ambiente é de 460MPa1), especifica-se o limite de escoamento mínimo do aço estrutural, nas condições de entrega de têmpera e revenimento (Q) e grau L:

Aço EN 10025-6-S460QL; ou aço EN10025-6-1.8906.

4. Condições de entrega

Têmpera + revenimento (Q).

Observação: A têmpera e o revenido diretamente após a laminação a quente são considerados equivalentes à têmpera e revenido convencionais.

5. Desempenho de impacto

–Q está a -20°C; –QL está a -50°C; –QL1 está a -60°C.
