WNM360(NM360) grade is a high-grade quenched and tempered wear-resistant steel plate produced by WuSteel; its grade is low than WNM400 e NM400.

This standard applies to the quenched and tempered wear-resistant steel plate series with the steel plate thickness not greater than 100mm, and is mainly used for structural steel plates used in the processing and manufacturing of wear-resistant and vulnerable parts for mines and various construction machinery.

It belongs to the quenched and tempered wear-resistant steel plate produced by Wugang, which implements the enterprise standard WYJ030-2010.
How to express the grade: The grade of steel plate is composed of four parts representing the manufacturer, use, hardness and quality grade in order, for example:
WNM360A, WNM360B, WNM360L, etc.
Symbol: W—represents the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of “Wu” of WuSteel;
NM—the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the characters “Nai” and “Mo” for wear resistance;
A and B–respectively the quality level, meanwhile, A represents that the steel plate is not impacted, and B represents that the steel plate is impacted at 20 degrees normal temperature;
L–means high weldability steel plate (guarantee wear resistance, reduce carbon equivalent, improve weldability)
A placa de aço adota laminação de borda reta, a cabeça e a cauda são cortadas e os dois lados longitudinais não são cortados, e a margem de corte é controlada de acordo com a placa de corte normal.
O restante tamanho, formato, peso e desvio permitido da placa de aço devem estar em conformidade com GB/T709.
