1 スコープ

この規格で指定された鋼は、鋼グレード S460、S500、S550、S620、S690、S890、および S960 の最小公称厚さ 3mm、最大公称厚さ ≤150mm の熱間圧延板の製造に使用できます。指定鋼材の焼入れ・焼戻し後の耐力の最小値は460MPa1)~960MPa1)

2. 鋼種と種類

この規格では 7 つの鋼グレードが指定されており、それらは周囲温度条件下で異なる降伏強度を持っています。必要に応じて、以下の品種から供給されるすべての鋼種を指定します。

–-20℃以上の環境における衝撃エネルギーの最小値を規定(無印)。

–-50℃以上の温度における衝撃エネルギーの規定値の最小値をLとします。

–(S960を除く) -60℃以上の温度における衝撃エネルギーの規定値の最小値をL1で表します。

3. 名前

– 規格番号 (EN 10025-6)。

– 鋼材の名前と番号。鋼の名前には次のものが含まれます。

-記号S(構造用鋼)。

-厚さ £ 50mm 指定された最小降伏強さの説明 (MPa で表されます)1)。

-納期について Q;

--40℃または-60℃以上の温度における最小衝撃エネルギーの頭文字がLまたはL1の品種をご指定ください。

例:周囲温度460MPa1)の場合、焼入焼戻し出荷条件(Q)およびL級における構造用鋼の降伏強さの最低値は以下のように規定されています。

スチール EN 10025-6-S460QL;またはスチールEN10025-6-1.8906。

4. 納期

焼入れ+焼き戻し(Q)。

注:熱間圧延直後の焼入れ焼戻しは、従来の焼入れ焼戻しと同等と考えられます。

5. 衝撃性能

–Q は -20°C です。 –QL は -50°C です。 –QL1 は -60°C です。
